POLINI MAXI HI SPEED 

Exalting acceleration and never-ending engine progression

The characteristic is the already tested new lubricating system applied to all the new Polini HI-SPEED products.

But many are the technical features that mark out this new Maxi Hi Speed: The rollers sliding surfaces have sustained a new polishing treatment to improve the sliding.

Piston pin made of chromed nickel with the lowest friction coefficient: it features the DLC carbon treatment for racing and aircraft applications dedicated to the sliding and high wear components.

It has a big internal pocket that contains the grease, inside of which there is a special spring that allows a constant grease distribution on the pin even during the hardest conditions of use. 

Thanks to this new technology the performance is constant and, compared to the previous models, it isn’t necessary anymore to modify the rollers’ calibration to find the best engine efficiency.

It is available with compression spring which is 10% harder than the original one increasing the engine revolution rate when starting.

The rollers have a coating made of a new mixture of nylon and aramidic fibers. This combine is to give the best performance and less servicing costs thanks to these particular features that have also improved the bush and pin lubrication, while the rollers material allows for a better wear resistance.
