Speed variator designed for Piaggio Medley 125/150 scooter

The biggest novelty is the piston pin made of chromed nickel with the lowest friction

coefficient: it features the advanced DLC carbon treatment for racing and aircraft

applications dedicated to the sliding and high wear components.

The rollers sliding surfaces have sustained a new polishing treatment to improve the

sliding.

The kit includes the “Air Speed” fixed pulley and mobile half pulley designed and

mobile half pulley designed to improve the belt excursion.

Polini Maxi HI-Speed for Piaggio Medley 125/150 is supplied with compression spring 8%

harder than the original one which increases the engine rpm during the start.

The rollers have a coating made of a new mixture of nylon and aramidic fibers.

Two series of rollers are supplied with the kit: one specific for medley 125cc and one

for 150cc.
